My eyes flew open it was Tuesday. I got up packed and zoomed
to school were all of my friends were waiting for me to arrive. As soon as I
arrived it was time to leave. We all pounced onto the bus in excitement so we
hit the road.
At the beginning it seemed like the trip was going to last
forever. But suddenly we hit Raetihi. We all flew out the door for the fresh
crisp air. After we had all got heaps of fresh air we sat down for morning tea.
Last toilet stop till Taupo yelled Mrs Larsen so we scadattled over to the
toilet then climbed back on the bus.
On the way to Taupo
it felt like time was zooming by and what felt like ten minutes turned out to
be and hour. With another 30 minutes flying by we were already there. MMMMMMMMM
lunch time I had a giant sandwich filled with juicy salad. We had a little play
around at a park in town, then we hit the road again.
We travelled and travelled and finally hit Rotorua. All of
us were suddenly hit with a fart bomb so we all yelled out pooh Costello. So we
went to our first activity the duck tour. When we arrived there we all got
given these horrible but fantastic duck Quakers. So we all quaked half of the
tour away. We went to all sorts of lakes and hideous smelly mud pits. One of
the best things about the tour was that the tour guide was hilarious. But all
good things must come to an end, so we went back to the beginning and left for
the place we were staying Keswick Christian Camp Dom, Dom, Dom.
Finally we arrived
after the long tiring day. Of course being boys we were hungry so we went to
the dining room and had a delicious, juicy, scrumshes dinner. Afterwards we had
showers got in our pyjamas and headed over to the room where we watched the
brilliant movie School of Rock. We all wriggled into our spots and fastened our
eyes to the movie screen and zipped our
lips. Minute after minute the movie played and in what felt like ten minutes
the movie was finished. That was the end of that exciting day.
